Summary

Untrusted is an online multiplayer (10 to 16 players) hacking social deduction game currently in development, inspired by the Werewolf/Mafia genre and similar games.

In Untrusted, hackers from the fictional NETSEC group are tasked with hacking a specific server on a computer network. NETSEC members must use their skills and wits to outsmart the undercover AGENTs that will try each night to perform arrests or have other players become snitches for them.

The game ends as soon as the NETSEC group gains root access of the target node or when all AGENTs or NETSEC members have been eliminated from the game.

Role playing, deception and deduction are key aspects of the game, which currently features 19 playable classes with more than 50 unique skills.

Storyline

In Untrusted, hackers from the fictional NETSEC group are tasked with hacking a specific server on a computer network. NETSEC members must use their skills and wits to outsmart the undercover AGENTs that will try each night to perform arrests or have other players become snitches for them.

While the NETSEC strength is in their numbers, the AGENT faction can count on its intel. You will have to lie and investigate your very own hacking crew members to sniff out the undercover AGENT members…and eventually, dispose of them.

AGENTS are playing a game against the clock: every day, NETSEC is getting closer to owning their target. Arrest or strike deals with NETSEC members, coercing them into working for you.

The day/night cycle of the games will allow the two factions (as well as neutral classes, with their very own objective) to play key skills crucial to their success.
