It is an easy game to pick up but a very difficult game to master. I personally have not been able to put the game down and in just a few days, the game has exploded in popularity. At the cheap price Mordhau is at, anyone making the purchase is going to get a great deal and endless hours of fun. Mod support has been confirmed as coming soon as well and when that happens, Mordhau will have an even greater explosion of popularity.The developers really outdid themselves with this one. 10/10.

Resulting in fps drops, unreliable actions' inputs, death and frustration on servers with 40+ players (while 64 is standard).Gameplay, mechanics depth and visuals doesnt justify this crazy-high system requirements they did wrote. That can be their excuse, but seeing the gameplay videos noone bothered to check requirements if they had still solid (even if not top, new) hardware, cause there is nothing justifying such load on CPU other than lack of optimisation.So that would be 8/10 from me, cause i love the genre and i like the execution here, but -50% for being stuck in smaller servers for smooth gameplay.

Mordhau is a slap in the face and a pleasure at every moment. Much more than a spiritual sequel to Chivalry, it's an exciting game. Deep, easy to understand but difficult to master, it's a breath of fresh air for video games.

On paper, Mordhau could look like any medieval brawler as we have seen for years. But in reality, it knows how to stand out with a combat system that is halfway between the arcade game and the realistic one, and a rather advanced personalization. We only regret the low number of cards and game modes, hoping that it will be completed in the near future via a few updates. However, everything is counterbalanced by a chubby humour that hits the target and will give you (at least) a few dozen hours of fun, with or without friends.
