Здесь тоже есть прядки от монстра, но ещё хождение за квестовыми предметами и их использование. проходится за час (или меньше). Страшно? - нет. Графика стандартная, не очень красивая.Итог: 6.445/10

Overall, Silver Chains is at best a capable horror that gives a few hours of chills, and at worst it’s a game that relies on overused tropes to create its scares whilst looking damn good doing so. Let’s not forget though, this is an indie title, and for a small budget adventure, we’ve certainly seen and played much worse. Whilst it might not be the best horror game you’ll play this year, there is no reason not to add this to your list if you’re a fan of the genre.

There are moments of Silver Chains which hit all the right buttons. There’s some good storytelling, a nice bit of terror, and some tense horror. The story doesn't conclude as well as it should, and the hiding from creatures can occasionally be a bit shonky, but if you’re after something to chill the cockles then Silver Chains might just be the game for you.

Silver Chains feels like an homage to every popular horror game and film. While this isn't necessarily a negative, I feel like the potential and individuality of the game was lost amidst the references and tropes, making it feel forgettable. If you have a love for horrors, then I believe you’ll thoroughly enjoy Silver Chains, but I’m not so sure you’ll remember it.

The game is a total mixed bag, but most of the bad parts are brought on by the performance issues from being on Nintendo Switch. It just seems like the game wasn’t fully optimized well for the system. If you plan on playing the game portable, you may not notice the problems as much, but the framerate still got to me at times, even in portable mode. Overall, Silver Chains is a decent survival horror game, but I’d recommend another version unless you plan on playing in portable mode all the time.

Seriously, it made my skin feel weird. It wasn't the jump scares or the somewhat familiar haunted house (tho i do absolutely love a classic ghost story, as they have such a romance to them), it was the perversion of otherwise familiar sounds. The same way that amnesia used sounds more than graphics to work it's magic. I also tend to prefer a slow burn over ridiculous gore. If you're similar in your tastes and not jaded by a constant influx of blood and parts horror, give this a try. You'll likely be pleasantly surprised.

I can't in good conscience recommend Silver Chains. It's not for a lack of effort; I'm sure that the development team worked very hard to ensure their vision. But it's a small package, and the Nintendo Switch isn't the best way to play the title. If you're looking to spend time in a fright-filled mansion that has an evil resident, there are other ways to scratch that itch. If you're looking for a scary game to play while safely tucked under your blankets, this would do the job for a couple of hours.

Apart from a few pulse-pounding moments in an otherwise generic haunted house story, the weakest link in Silver Chains is that it’s just not very scary or engaging enough to survive as an adventure game otherwise.

PC players craving a bit of horror during the Summer can’t go wrong with Silver Chains, that is, as long as they’re okay with something that ultimately comes as feeling a little familiar.

Silver Chains succeeds because, rather than piling on the terror, it leaves you to dwell on the thoroughly unsettling situation you’re in.

As gamers, we have visited many haunted houses, but that of Silver Chains is not among the most interesting or among the most disturbing ones.

Mundane exploration mars the experience of Silver Chains, a haunted-house horror game which compromises a decent narrative with frustrating gameplay.
