Though it didn't launch day and date with the console versions, Injustice 2 remains a solid fighting game for PC players. The fighting system is a marked improvement over the original, and the online performance is solid, but the single-player content and loot system are what will keep people playing. There's so much content here that those who aren't interested in playing online will still feel like they got their money's worth. Fighting fans and those who enjoy the DC universe should definitely own this game.

I loved the original (still miss Nightwing, Martian, and Batgirl), but the sequel far surpasses it. The additional abilities and gear system add a lot by allowing you to experiment with different combinations. Then there's the ever-changing Multiverse and Guild Multiverse which provide plenty of variety even for folks like me who usually don't engage in online play. It just keeps getting better with new additions like legendary gear and unique new fighters like Atom and the whole Ninja Turtle team. Still have my fingers crossed for Plastic Man to make an appearance!

Take the great things from the previous Injustice and improve them. A great fighting game with lots of content to play alone or multiplayer. The new Gear System can change the microtransaction in the genre. New plot with an election and two conclusions, awesome one of them. Not a better history than Injustice: Gods Among Us, but it is a worthy sequel.

Injustice 2 is already a fantastic game, and arguably the best entry in the fighting game genre for 2017. And now thanks to a surprisingly magnificent port, devoid of the headline-grabbing issues that plagued ports of previous NetherRealm Studios games, PC gamers can get to experience all that DC Comics fisticuffs brilliance for themselves in an even shinier package.

If one is a fan of fighting games or DC Comics this is a game well worth picking up.

Despite a few performance hiccups we encountered and the absence of a few of the more fun console perks or events, Injustice 2 on PC is a much better port than the first game or Mortal Kombat X. And a good thing too, because Injustice 2 is a superb fighting game. Combat is satisfying and is just as accessible to casual fans as professionals, and there’s an absolute wealth of content both online and offline that could keep you playing forever. The story mode is an absolute blast, with fun writing, acting and amazing facial animation, and sports a far better villain than the Justice League movie. Injustice 2 is by far the best fighting game this year, and may very well be the best fighting game on PC.

They released a patch which has deleted a lot of the gear that people have worked for months to obtain. All while providing little to no information and support.

While the competitive future of Injustice 2 is currently unclear, one thing is certain: NetherRealm have created a highly polished fighter. With a campaign mode that blows the competition out of the water, fights that pop, and an extensive customisation system, the Chicago-based studio has done right by the DC license.

This is the first fighting game I've recommended to my non-fighting game friends in a long time. Whether you just like the idea of a DC superhero punch party, enjoy RPGish gear hooks, or have been looking for an approachable way into fighting games, Injustice 2 has you covered.

With a solid story mode and comprehensive tutorials, it never once feels like the fighting mechanics are too difficult to grasp. While it may not be the most technically impressive or competitive fighting game ever made, Injustice 2 surely is one of the most accessible and difficult to put down.

Injustice 2 is a great sequel for Gods Among Us. NetherRealm Studios took a pretty safe road with this title in terms of gameplay mechanics, but the little changes they made work perfectly. A great story, good loot box system and a solid multiplayer, make this experience worthwhile.
