The amount of endgame content in Destiny 2 will keep you busy for days, with strikes, the crucible, and raids. You'll have your hands full. Destiny 2's community as a whole is great but the communities within the community are better.

A good expansions that shines in its most difficult activities, but that does not offer enough content to keep the community engaged for a very long time. The new path taken by Bungie is very promising, though.

Shadowkeep isn’t cheap however and how much you put into it will determine how much you want to and will get out of it. The base game is $54.95 which for a stand alone expansion isn’t exactly cheap. The most value for money, based on what you can get out of it is actually the digital deluxe edition at $99.95. I think Destiny 2 is on the right path now that they’ve split from Activision. And I’ll be keenly watching their progress.

It is not worth $35 its just recycled content with a few new gear pieces from the new raid and some weapons thats about it, im really disappointed in the lack of gear i was getting while powerleveling, i only got forsaken and old dlc content drops. The nightmare missions again are just recycled content from the first game and theres not much to do after you hit the 950 soft cap besides the raid in order to hit the hard cap of 960. The things i do enjoy is how they basically put alot of the new weapons and past weapons that are really top meta behind long quest chains. So it makes it that anybody can get these items, you will need help a certain parts but other then that i believe the game has become a collections incentive. Also i havent seen many people with straight shadowkeep gear basically everyone has just used the upgrade modules to choose which old pieces of gear they enjoy the most and level them up. Its just not a practical game anymore. Which is fine but i wish it would have come with more content in the beginning, another thing is the straight rip off of the season pass from apex and fortnite, i mean its fine but what the hell is the point of it. How many things can they copy from blizzard as well with the artifact leveling lol, it jus seems like they pulled ideas from everyone else and used them. This new expansion has brought me back since Forsaken, but i have a feeling like always ill play this for about 2 months then when something amazing comes out like ( Death Stranding) ill just go to that, Destiny Shadowkeep has become one big collections bag, and now and again ill go back to do just that.

Shadowkeep impressed me much less than Forsaken. I hoped that after parting ways with Activision Blizzard Bungie will be more ambitious than to mostly recycle the content we already know.

The militancy that the now independent Bungie shows with Shadowkeep is promising for the future of Destiny 2. The new locations look beautiful as always and although the story of the expansion ends abruptly, Bungie shows that there is a clear vision for the next few years.

There's certainly enough new content here to keep fans interested. Shadowkeep's lunar surface is no Dreaming City, but it holds enough new surprises to make it worth checking out.

Destiny 2: Shadowkeep is a lot of old content covered by a coat of paint that can barely be considered new, but thanks to the general update of a few game systems and a decent amount of recreational therapy with which you can increase your Light Level, this expansion definitely makes Destiny 2 a better, bigger game.

Shadowkeep and New Light bring Destiny 2 a new born. A massive upgrade becomes the game Free to Play with lots of playable content without giving a cent. They also add new and interesting systems, like Armor 2.0 or the seasonal battlepass, which give the players (also de free to play players) more possibilities than ever. Besides, this big update came with Destiny 2’s new DLC, Shadowkeep, who sent us to the Moon to fight our nightmares. An enjoyable adventure maybe too short and irregular at some parts of the history, but really nice in general terms, with a very surprising ending .

Destiny 2 Bastion of Shadows is like coming home: it's played like always and it's very, very fun, but with the new armor and weapon systems, Bungie manages to create a deeper system, and the seasons promise to entertain us for a long time. It's not as big as expected, but it's a good start of Bungie flying by themselves.

Shadowkeep is an interesting expansion but poor in content. We look forward to seeing what the next few months will bring, hoping that Bungie will be able to keep his promises.

To be clear, Destiny 2 is still an engaging shooter that—when you step back and take stock of all it has to offer—is absolutely packed full of stuff to do. Shadowkeep is both an entertaining assortment of new activities and a solid base from which the game at large can build and improve. But Shadowkeep also doesn't feel like Destiny 2's final form, and there's a real sense that there's still much left to be tweaked and tightened. The subway is being refurbished slowly, one station at a time. That doesn't stop me from enjoying the ride.

The humanisation of Eris Morn, a once bleak caricature shrouded in mystique, along with a number of brave narrative turns help Shadowkeep along to a thrilling conclusion that sets Destiny up for another year to come. Though the core tweaks haven't all landed, Shadowkeep takes a beatseat to only two before it in terms of delivering rounded, high-quality expansion experience.

Earth's Moon was my favorite location in Destiny 1 and I am happy we get to return their. The story is short but that is to be expected and Bungie said themselves that this is only the starting point. The new Vex Offensive game mode is really fun. Awesome new weapons through that and through the moon. The finishers are a really fun addition to the gameplay. I can't wait to get to the raid which I've heard is really fun. The new nightmare hunt thing is cool. There's so many ways to earn gear now. Almost every major NPC has a weekly quest and now there's weekly quests through gamemodes and locations as well. The season pass unlocks are really awesome as well. Much more gratifying than just an engram. I have gotten some really fun stuff from that. The Seasonal Artifact is great as well. It unlocks some great abilities like the Anti-Barrier rounds which let you shoot through shields. Overall I am having a blast with this expansion and I can't wait for what's next!

Destiny 2: Shadowkeep is the first strong opportunity for Bungie to spread their wings and give us the experience it wanted to from the beginning. Returning to the Moon is a blast, and the narrative for Shadowkeep’s campaign is interesting and engaging, setting up for something truly epic in the future. The core gameplay isn’t exactly reinvented and it doesn’t need to be. Shadowkeep offers just enough new content to keep us satisfied until the next update and there are plenty of secrets to uncover. With cross-save, all new gear, revamped armor, and the finishing blows added to what was already a solid shooter, Destiny 2: Shadowkeep is a worthwhile successor to the Forsaken update and a genuine treat for anyone who loves shooters.

Shadowkeep is an extremely lazy expansion that offers nothing more than the bare minimum of content. Some new sets of armor, a few additional weapons, several exotic and a pleasant additional endgame activity are of little use when everything else is in fact recycled from the past incarnations of the franchise. Let’s hope Bungie will somehow counterbalance the scarcity of present contents in the next season.

Bungie's latest release is a good expansion on its own, but the way it sets the stage for the future of the Destiny franchise is its most impressive feat.

Playing Destiny since D1 year 3 and i pre ordered shadowkeep and to be perfectly honest, as someone who has been playing this for years now it's the same stuff again, like 80% of the complete dlc is reskinned stuff like the weapons, armour, the moon and even in the campaign you basically just kill bosses you killed billions of times already just wtf bungie, it can't get any lazier than this at this point, but to me the worst part is the awful server management, half the time you can't even play the damn game as the servers crash and are too full. This is not a dlc worthy of 35 € it's maybe worth 10 bucks not more, as a destiny veteran i am very disappointed and even rhe last mission when you beat rhe final "boss" which of course is a reused boss from before, you will Gifted with the lamest ensing of all times, so dull so bad just plain bad, it's unbelievable that these guys made halo

The lore of the series is confused at best, but Shadowkeep does an excellent job at presenting a simple problem, the Darkness is coming, and getting you interested in seeing what the outcome will be.

While its campaign is enjoyable in the moment, Destiny 2: Shadowkeep never manages to truly shake the fact that we already went to the Moon five years ago. For better or worse, this is just more Destiny, and that’s a positive for those enamoured with the franchise, but anyone who was hoping for a more dramatic overhaul of its core systems and mechanics will be left wanting. Bungie has huge plans for the future of Destiny 2, but Shadowkeep only delivers a small piece of that vision.

Shadowkeep is a big stride forward for Destiny 2, and it shows that Bungie cares about its game. Sure, there are some stumbling blocks like a bare bones story and some wonky design choices, but those don’t get in the way of enjoying the core Destiny experience. I love Destiny, and the breath of fresh air that Shadowkeep has brought to the series has me hooked once more.

Players are continually used as beta testers, virtually every aspect of the game is bugged. Launch was horrible. This game should have been included with the previous release which should have been included in the previous before that. Literally the same bugs as season 1 two years later. If you have purchased every aspect of the game you’ve paid $200 and it’s not worth $10. The only ppl who like it are hardcore fans of the series. This game can not hold a candle to better developed games. Don’t waste your money and stay away from this toxic franchise and community

Forsaken had a fantastic campaign that Shadowkeep doesn't quite match, but all of the enhancements for Year 3 of Destiny 2 help balance it all out.

Shadowkeep just seems like more of the same old thing. Hopefully, after other content such as the Raid is released, I will feel different,

The story starts strong but soon relates to over used old assets ,found in d1 with fancy background art and slightly better lighting

This Expansion has revitalized my interest in the Destiny franchise and it should be given a shot by anyone who loves this genre of game.
