The game does kinda force you down a path of playing as only 1 class until you get that class to level 25, which takes almost 30 hours to get to in my experience. The hub area offers a surprisingly large amount of fun to be had while you wait for freinds to log on or get back to. From zero gravity effects, a barrel kicking minigame and a variety of beers that can be crafted and purchased that offer various in game or cosmetic effects, such as blacking you out and sending you back to the med bay, shrinking you, freezing you, and so forth. These effects pair will with the jukebox and dancefloor. I wish there more options for which song you pick and which dance your dwarf did. The leveling is pretty grindy and I did run out of assignments to do around lvl 25.

Co-operating with the many active players is a breeze, and the allure of the ore hard to resist. This is a constantly surprising, well- oiled, endless delight.

If you want to play it solo or with random people, you might miss the heart of this game and find it just okay (especially if you play with the same kind of people you find on GTA Online or Call Of Duty ...)You have to play with crewmates, team play and skills are key of the game, you can really see your skill and efficiency of your team grow through keep going in mission. Don't be afraid to push the hard hazard zone, you might spend a lot of time to succeed the mission at beginning but in the end you will really get what accomplishment mean.Anyway, let no dwarf behind and if you don't Rock and Stone, you ain't coming home.

Deep Rock Galactic mixes incredible FPS action, addictive exploration, and endlessly entertaining gallows humour that combine to create one of the most compelling co-op experiences available in video games. Beautiful environments powered by incredible procedural generation will have me teaming up with friends to return to the hostile subterranean world of Hoxxes IV again, and again, and again.

While the Playstation version of Deep Rock Galactic has a few downsides here and there, overall, the game is a blast to play with your friends. The procedurally-generated environments, endless variations on missions, and the customization will provide hours upon hours of fun and challenges.

If you're looking for your next co-op addiction, Deep Rock Galactic could well be it. Brilliantly balanced character classes and engaging, emergent missions make for highly enjoyable underground antics, particularly with pals. Some networking issues and perhaps overly complex design decisions could frustrate, but it's a game worth sticking with for the moments where it all comes together. With replay value through the roof and satisfying gameplay at its core, this is one rock solid game to dig into.
