Love this game, rebought it on PC recently in 2022 - servers are still full of people and its easy to find a game - and am SO glad I did buy this again! If in doubt, 2022 is a brilliant time to buy this on PC. If you have not played many games, this feels a lot like battlefield V, which I also enjoy massively. Highly recommended.

The graphics look excellent and I didn't notice a single bug during the whole playthrough.I didn't try out the multiplayer unfortunately, as it requires a subscription to the playstation+ service. This was somewhat of a big disappointment.In conclusion though, I rate it 8/10.

Battlefield 1 greatly improves on the mess that was BF4, graphically the game is the best FPS of the year, the story is divided betweenBattlefield 1 greatly improves on the mess that was BF4, graphically the game is the best FPS of the year, the story is divided between multiply character in different places during WW1 each one is rich in both gameplay and story, however bugs, and instability issues are still common place in the online seemingly when Dice roll out an update they end up breaking something make the game less stable than it use to be.Online is for the most part fun however common issues of player rage quitting that ultimately takes a somewhat balanced game into a one sided misery as you team loses to about with almost double the players.

It’s an amazing mix of graphics and addictiveness for the players, a range of many different things in the game give it a long lasting effect making you want to try out everything inside the game.There are many things in Battlefield 1 that give the players a huge amount of options on how, who and what they want to play with or what they want to play full stop. The game modes available are: conquest, rush, war pigeons, team death match, domination, operations and campaign of course. Conquest is a large team battle over huge maps of which vary widely with the terrains. In this game the teams will fight to gain control of the flags whilst killing each other and gaining points from killing the other team and then depending on how many flags your team has your score will slowly go up or quickly go up due to the ownership of the flags. The campaign of the game is an excellent re-enactment of the great war, yes it is a little over exaggerated with all of the shooting and drama but people who play first person shooters don’t normally want to be jut educated, they want to be thrilled with what they’re playing and maybe have a little bit of learning on the way. Battlefield 1 gives the perfect mix between shooting and the experience itself, as soon as you start the story of the game you’ll want to go into the next stories and I’m very sure of that, they are exhilarating and very dramatic making you infused into the game making your own decisions over the large map of which you play in.The content of the multiplayer is absolutely amazing, there are tons of different weapons to unlock and tons of weapons to play around with and loads of different pieces of gear to create your very own class from, you can switch to planes and to tanks and to trains and boats and even a zeppelin, there are mounted turrets in places on the maps leaving hidden but powerful siege areas, the teams are well balanced and the mix of different classes between the huge teams makes the game even harder but at the same time so much better as it’s not too challenging but it’s definitely not too easy.The price of the game is now around 30-25 pounds which isn’t bad at all, its starting price was around 55-60 which for the game itself and new was still a very reasonable price. It has a range of everything and it is all built to perfection and that’s one of the only problems with the game, on Xbox 1 it runs great with a good or great Wi-Fi but if yours isn’t great or good then its likely to lag or glitch a little when in game, when on PC there’s a large problem if you don’t have a very good PC because the game has pretty much no chance of running… at all. I suggest that if you would like this game you either need an Xbox 1 or a very good PC.The graphics of the game are insanely good and the huge maps look stunning with all of the visual effects, the sounds are amazing and set with obvious perfection into all of the correct guns and gear and the correct places, it could be real if it wasn’t inside a screen, the game itself is visually stunning and that’s an understatement!In conclusion I would highly recommend that you get this game if you like first person shooters because it’s a whole new experience for any player!

Instead this game sold out and opted to use guns that are technically historically from the era but completely inaccurate. That is just one of many problems I had in my brief moments with this game.

With a emotion driven single player, an amazing game engine, a beautiful original score, and an addictive multiplayer, Battlefield 1 is the game FPS fans have been asking for. The single player campaign or, "War Stories", is so emotional from the open prologue mission to the very last story, that it kept me engaged and gave me goosebumps throughout each of the missions. With the cutscenes throughout the missions, it was like watching a movie, the motion capture was so realistic, it even had me fooled on knowing the difference between a video game and real life. Each character felt human and you could feel the raw emotion that they were expressing throughout the critical moments in the missions. The multiplayer as I said is addictive and hard to take your eyes off of, it is so amazing, the most satisfying part is the destruction which is amped up to max with improved detail. The new game mode, "Operations", is the showcase game mode in multiplayer where both sides fight to capture sectors of map until capture each control point, and of course all the original game mode are back in all their glory like, "Rush", and "Conquest", and now their is, "Team DM", "Domination", and a another new game mode, "War Pigeons". The arsenal of weapons at your disposal is big, really big, there is a lot to choose from, from the normal standard issue weapons that most known to in service in the war, to the exotic weapons that make every side evenly powered. This is a WWI game based on WWI, it is a historical game but it is more inspired by it than being a historically accurate game, but it is nonetheless a great tribute to all those who served in WWI. For someone like me who is a big Halo, and Call of Duty fan, I have suddenly became a huge fan of Battlefield 1 and the series, I really prefer this game over Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Like most people, we were hoping that Call of Duty would go back in time rather than going forward in time, but no one expected Battlefield to take the route, but they have amazed me more than Bad Company 2 amazed me when I first played it. To me Battlefield 1 is the best FPS game of 2016, and one the most memorable games I have ever played, and I will be playing it for years to come, but to sum this game up in one word, Unbelievable.

Battlefield is back in shape and more so with fresh theme of the first Great War! After a long time, the campaign is successful and multiplayer is traditionally excellent. So, this year your choice is set!

The blessing and curse of Battlefield 1 is that it is another well-polished entry in a series that clearly follows a sacred gameplay formula. Fans who have enjoyed the series thus far will find the same enjoyment in this latest entry, and aspects of World War I have clearly been carefully curated and incorporated into the game. However, it does feel that the series is playing things too safe. As good as the multiplayer is, I'm hopeful that future entries will take more risk. In the meantime, Battlefield 1 is another great offering that follows the series' enjoyable gameplay template.

If there is one shooter to be had this year, it is Battlefield 1. The series’ return to classically-styled warfare is a breathe of fresh air for both the franchise and the FPS genre. The solo experience(s) are enjoyable and serve as a primer for the larger, more enjoyable multiplayer experience. That multiplayer options feel like more than just a simple mode thanks to the new Operations mode, but are more like a living and breathing world that will keep players hooked for a long, long time.

Battlefield 1 offers an incredibly epic and balanced multiplayer experience, with a great focus both on close quarters ans vehicular fights and with the Operations mode as its crown jewel. Its too short campaign won't satisfy single player lovers, but if you're looking for a good multiplayer FPS this is the game to have.

That multiplayer is spectacular. All the expected Deathmatch-ish modes are here, including War Pigeon, a take on Capture the Flag. But the deep Operations mode takes center stage; this mode takes time to play, but it also mirrors war, with one side defending.

I’m absolutely impressed by every aspect of Battlefield 1. While it’s easy to think that the weapons and machines available to a game based on the first World War might feel like a step back for military shooters, I think you’ll be surprised by how exciting and modern Battlefield 1 still manages to feel.

The campaign is worth checking out, Operations delivers clear forward thinking for Battlefield as a series in a way I think Rush never really did, and the maps are absolutely spectacular. Battlefield One is utterly brilliant.

Battlefield 1's solemn campaign and over-the-top multiplayer may feel like polar opposites, but the complete package is all-around excellent.

Battlefield 1 is a fantastic game. If you want a shooter that replicates the epic scale of two armies at war, or one that prioritises tactical thought over twitchy trigger fingers, this is the FPS for you.

A shift to shorter, more intimate stories alongside the impressive visual and audio presentation make Battlefield 1 one of the more enjoyable single player shooters from DICE in quite some time. While multiplayer is far less ambitious than we've seen in years prior, it still scratches that itch for Battlefield fans who crave the chaos and cooperation that only this series can deliver.

A memorable single player campaign in an FPS is a rarity, and it delivers that without compromise. Operations is an instant classic for multiplayer lovers, while the other modes will keep you invested, supported by fantastic gameplay. Visually breathtaking and fun to play, DICE has delivered an instant classic that has raised the bar.

DICE takes aim with Battlefield 1 and it ends up being a jackpot. It couldn't be a better game taking into consideration the limitations imposed due to the game taking place during WWI. It offers some of the best maps ever seen in the franchise. Tons of charisma for a franchise that stands tall against the dictatorship of sci-fi and double jump.

Battlefield 1 is a monumental shooter. Putting "aside" the Single Player campaign (fun, varied and spectacular but very short), the strengh of the production is obviously represented by the PvP. His large-scale battles are an experience that all multiplayer fans should try.

Battlefield 1 has a conservative approach, despite its unusual historical setting. This means it is technically impressive and multiplayer is fun and spectacular. We also like the way the campaign is told, almost as a documentary.
