The gun gameplay is also good for a horror game.but the game felt a tad bit repetitive in some places

Mouse movement is generally poor.Even on a new, high end PC in 2020 there are many parts where the game will lag/skip when an enemy shows up and/or starts to attack, and it gets you killed. The d3d9.dll file did not fix this. Neither did the launch options. They may have made it even worse.Has 4 episodes (as short as chapters) within the same game. Apparently you have to buy each one. Definitely not worth it I would say, but even if you wanted to I don't see a way to do it. The "online store" option doesn't work. Says "failed to acquire data". Oh, I see on Steam you can buy them for $6 each. No thanks.

Replayability factor is crazy high.OLDER POST: Never played a Resident Evil game before—I’m 3/4 of the way through the main campaign—and if this is any measure of the RE formula I’ll be visiting every previous entry when finished. Wasn’t sure this would be for me but I finally bit (thanks to a huge discount) and genuinely love it.For someone who’s over straight-up first person shooters (me!) this offers a great mix of story, stealth, puzzles and zombie kills, complemented by pretty sweet graphics for Switch—the quarry stage is stunning on a big screen.Highly recommended.

It's a darker installment with less silly humor and was initially released as separate episodes. The disc version contains a few bonus scenarios and costumes. While I wouldn't call this a better game than the original "Revelations", I would say it has its own distinct feel. The two games compliment each other well and both should please RE fans. I would rate this with an 8 out of 10.
