You can fish, hunt, trap, gather berries, harvest wild grains and start your own small farm. Tan animal hides, craft tools and weapons, trade your crafts at villages to get what you need. You can lead a peaceful life or you can choose a violent road, but whatever you choose you're going to have challenges. Try it... you'll love it :-)
