The game is deep, fun, and has a large variety of weapons and spells with different effects, something that I really miss in most games nowadays.

Ultimately, Unepic is a solid little RPG with a ton of heart. It’s playful humour is refreshing, it’s filled to the brim with content and there’s a lot of depth beneath it’s deceptively simple veneer. For those looking for a deep RPG adventure a little off the beaten track, Unepic is ready when you are.

If your into tabletop gaming, old 2d action/rpg, scrollers and references to that type of stuff makes you feel witty, you will probably enjoy it.I like it, I just am not finding the room with tons of doors as the main hub that leads to different areas to be inspiring. Or finding areas and then having to find a key, then come back to be fun. As this mechanic can having you wandering around aimlessly trying to remember where to go next. I'm still learning the game and it does seem to have a ton to do. You can also customize your abilities. There are many weapons and spells, potions and stuff you can make. But it seems to be one of those games you almost have to force yourself through the early stages, until it grows on you.It seems to be a game that has great potential, sadly I have too many other games I'm enjoying right now to focus on this one. So I will have to finish it later.1 thing I really love about the XB1 version over the PC is they toned down the language. I saw video of it on PC and every other word out of the guys mouth is profanity. Fortunately I can't remember very much profanity in the Xb1 version. And for me that is refreshing. For me the bottom line is if your into Tabletop RP and those types of things, you will probably enjoy this. As a barebones looking Indy game with tons of depth if you can endure long enough to scratch the surface this is a 7.

With tons of contents, an high character customization level and an hilarious geeky humor, UnEpic proves to be a solid and entertaining RPG, unluckily dragged down by nasty trial-and-error sections and complete lack of multiplayer, present on PC.
