All in all, TwinCop on Xbox One does live up to the billing as the most cooperative game ever, as it really does need you and your partner to work in concert. As a co-op game it’s a riot, but although there is a single player mode the game only really comes alive with a buddy.

TwinCop is a 80s cop like coop experience like you've never experienced before. When you and your partner are injured in a platoon boat incident. The Twin Cities metropolitan police department must do a Frankenstein like experiment on you to bring you back. They combine you and your partner into one super cop. You have a bunch of different cops to choose from, and it combines your special abilities and your bodies. Even your names are brought together which is really cool. This game takes a really good team mate to play, because you both control the movement together. I had a issue here, because I don't really have any friends that would help me.Which is sad to say out loud or type here, but it is what it is. So I had to use both controllers. It's only couch coop so be sure you know that before buying. I wasn't going to let that stop em from doing my job, or enjoying this great title. I was able to get a pretty good distance on my own and get enough video footage of the game to release a review I was happy with and showed off most of the games unique coop game play.. You both control arm so you both shoot, and defuse bombs together. It is so much fun trying to work the scissors to cut the wires, and to call out which way enemies are coming while you try and clear all the bad guys. Of course when I did this I was talking to myself, But I imagine it's just as fun with real people.I know I enjoyed myself.I love how it looks. It has that 80s neon vibe to it. I really get into that. I have had our gaming channel/page logo that many of times. It just looks so cool. I enjoyed the music as well. The story and writing is really comical as well. I think the idea is super unique, and if you have some one to enjoy this with I could see it being played over and over. I really think that because of the different modes. Like a arcade mode where you choose your area and a Speed run mode where you try and beat it your quickest time. This game takes around 3 hours i'd say your first time, but with a good team mate that you've played with before I hear it can be done in under a hour.Although I played it alone and struggled I can really see this being a blast to play with some one. I hope I get to soon, and I'll let you know. I just had this awhile, and was feeling bad review was taking so long, and wasn't sure when I'd get help. I hate when we have games to long, and feel people and Devs are waiting to hear our thoughts on games while they are actually current. I don't feel it helps them or us reviewing things weeks after it's release. I know some times people will go to get a game later and look up reviews, but not like they do on actual release dates. So i wanted to get this out there. I still loved it even though I might not been able to experience it like it could be played with a great team mate at a quick pace. I did however experience most of it at my pace though, and found it to be a gem.Pros: Love the 80s look and feelReally unique style of playTons of replay valueRad music and soundsExcellent ideas and writingCons: No online game playCan't be played solo unless gifted like meOverall: 8.5 One of the best ccop games of this generation of consoles hands down. A must play if fans of coop gaming.

Twincop is a co-op game in the most literal sense of the term. The funky 80’s style, over the top mechanics and fast paced action are well executed and entertaining. Things can get frustrating when repeatedly dying – it’s always the other persons fault – but if you’re after a fun twin stick shooter with a twist, this’ll fit the bill nicely.

After an unfortunate and tragic Pontoon accident, where several policeTwin Cop is a Two Stick Arcade Shooter with a Wild 2-Player twist. After an unfortunate and tragic Pontoon accident, where several police officers were mangled, the precinct utilizes new technology and creates the Twin Cop! By splicing two cops together, each with their own abilities, the Twin Cop is set out to take down ALL the bad guys. With its neon aesthetic and crazy enemies, Twin Cop takes the two-stick shooter and adds a bit of Chaos as you have to coordinate everything you do with a second player! Each of you will control half of everything, from taking out the crazy thugs and miscreants to driving a car, or defusing bombs! One player will control one side of the action, and it's up to both of you to work together to make things work. there are a few added little bonuses to working together well, like moving in the same direction at the same time grants a small health regeneration to keep you moving. Each Half-Cop has their own unique powers to help clear the waves of enemies. There is a single-player mode, and the ability to play with an AI half, for those brave enough. Twin Cop is non stop hectic action in any mode and is insanely fun to play with a friend. Easily one of the craziest multiplayer games on the market! Twin Cop offers something truly new and pays homage to several action movies while keeping you and your other half shouting out what you're trying to do.
