The free movement, big levels, nice ships, devastating weapons. Everything was cool, even the word cool was not yet used too much.. If you liked such games in the past, you may like it even on the switch. Its a decent 3D space shooter game. But I´m afraid, the standards are a bit higher now. Its not bad. Really not. I do even like it! And I play it from time to time. But I have other games I spent much much much more time with. But still, you may enjoy it! Its not an AAA game, but its not a B game. But honestly I was expecting a bit more. Not much more, but a bit at least. You can check my video and make your own opinion...https://youtu.be/g9iHBpZpHN4

If you’re a fan of the golden era 3D space shooters that permeated gaming in the mid to late 90s, I can virtually guarantee you’ll enjoy Strike Suit Zero. That being said, it is at best a solid and enjoyable entry in the genre that doesn’t do much to advance it. Its performance levels make it a bit of a rough ride as well. All that said, its grasp on the genre is solid enough that I still found myself having a very good time playing it. If you’re hankering for a classic 3D space shooter you can take on the go, give Strike Suit Zero a shot.

There’s no escaping the fact that Strike Suit Zero is a let-down, despite the promise of this enhanced edition. The Director’s Cut has fixed issues with checkpointing and, in terms of content, is certainly a generous package on Switch, but the game never escapes the fact that its central conceit isn’t satisfactorily delivered upon. With better mech controls and some more time and care put into delivering more varied missions this could have been a great little space combat game, but as it stands it’s hard to recommend to anyone other than diehard space jockeys.

Beautiful backgrounds for every level. Story is okay at best.Overall for this one, it's my personal opinion that takes hold of me. It get's an 8 because I keep coming back to play it. My personal enjoyment lead to this score. If I would look pure objetively at this game. 6. Maybe 7. But because every victory fills me with satisfaction and every time I win with little to no life left, I feel superior to the poor colonists in the game. Makes sence since You're in the Strike Suit. But you're not invincible. The sense of coming out alive feels great in the game. Solid 8 for me.
