Summary

Rulers of Nations is a geopolitical simulator of the current world. Players play heads of state or governments (presidents, kings, prime ministers . . . ) of the countries that they choose at the beginning of the game. They can take initiatives in several areas—economic, social, military, domestic and foreign policy, environment, culture, etc. All the countries of the world are represented, with their variables and their own modes of functioning. The game includes phases for economic management, trade, wargame, construction, espionage, simulation, and political manipulation.

Could be worth trying if you are into geopolitical games, but be prepared for a lot of frustration, and a bit of anger at the developers who are trying to ripping you off by releasing new edition only to forget about them as patches are rare.

Original and interesting concept is buried deep under confusing micromanagement system and poor visuals. Only a few experts would evaluate its potential.

Rulers of Nations gives you the opportunity to rule one out of 170 countries. No matter what you do, always listen to the people and your ministers. Or fire them! Unfortunately, this game has too much possible course of actions, which makes it pretty confusing.
