I love all the nancy drew games. they are something different from any other game I have played. all the puzzles in these games are relevantI love all the nancy drew games. they are something different from any other game I have played. all the puzzles in these games are relevant with the plot and setting, the characters are always suspicious and they keep you guessing, the plot is always very tight with no holes and is always a fun mystery. no game out there makes you feel like a detective more than these games. now they all play the same so to actually say anything else about the game would be somewhat of a spoiler. but I can say this, this game of the series is one of the easier ones for sure, not many of the puzzles really made me think to hard, but the setting is a lot of fun and the characters are somewhat memorable, those are things I judge when talking about a nancy drew game and there are better ones than this one, but its still a fun time, and has a great ending, just like all of them, some more than others though.

Got this game cheap (very cheap), and embarrassingly being an adult, I enjoyed it! It is a young person's story (as you expect from theGot this game cheap (very cheap), and embarrassingly being an adult, I enjoyed it! It is a young person's story (as you expect from the books), I would recommend it to the 8 to 10 age bracket, since it is short, clean, polite, fun, nice music, and easy puzzles for an adult, but a kid may have to think more on it. I assume the whole series is like this one, and will not give them a go myself, but playing one out of curiousity is worth the 2-3 hours, and this one is fun. As I said, would be happy to buy this as a present for younger kids, and would recommend it so if ever needing to go that route.

The game box touts 20+ hours of gameplay; for their target audience of preteen girls, I am sure this is true, but experienced gamers will finish it in significantly less time. Aside from that though, this game was still very enjoyable to play.
