Do not expect to enjoy this game later down the line though as it looses a lot of its magic with many similar house designs and the playthrough can also be relatively fast. More of the variety to this game is gained through its purchasable DLC. Overall solid 6 so slightly above average for a slightly above average game.

Not oneIt’s a simple premise, renovating houses, making a dream home a reality. It’s one of those games that you don’t think about at first. Not one that you would willingly throw your money at, though I’m glad I did.House flipper is a simple game, nothing overly complex, but that’s why it excels. A quick destruction of walls or perhaps a repaint of the living room for an hour brings a much needed essence of fun. House Flipper isn’t going to win awards of narrative and branching character development, but then again it doesn’t need to. Sometimes the simplest of things can be the most rewarding.I never thought in a million years I would be playing a game about house renovations, but here we are. Intuitive controls, simple mechanics and a wad of cash, what more do you need. I’m not saying you play this game religiously, but kick back an hour or two and you’ll enjoy some much needed breaks from RPG fanfares and five man killstreaks. In ending then, this game isn’t for everyone, but that could be said about many games. It is however, a relaxed, simple and engaged experience that will have you executing those creative genes to the limits. The only notch I found is the cut off UI on TV screens, but one can excuse such minor inconveniences for a really good game.

People who like bits of creativity and are able to bare pretty monotoneous mechanic loops will be pretty pleased. 7/10 might seem a little bit high but the game was satisfying for me and for a decent sale it felt worth it although there is room for improvement.I played the game on my PS4 Pro with SSD. The performance is good overall but the graphic quality is dull and feels old. I had one crash that resulted in the loss of the money I should ve gotten from a houses sale. This can be really bothersome if you just sank all your money into one object. At least it was only one time that happened to me.At the beginning you earn money by doing free jobs, like cleaning or painting houses. After a while you get better tools and upgrades, enabling you also to do new kinds of jobs. The upgrade system feels pretty decent and upgrades do matter. Next step is selling houses either to your liking or to the liking of specific buyers e.g. needing electronics, multiple bathrooms etc.The controls are okay. After a while you get used to everything but the item search could ve used more convenience options, same goes to painting. The rest feels okay and somewhat rewarding although repetitive. It is a game without any rush and can be considered for relaxation or creativity but there it hits a pulse that I enjoyed quite a bit. The final polish misses out. Graphics are simple. Game loops are too dull. Item management is sometimes too complicated. Jobs are too few and later on you can just buy and sell houses without doing anything for profit. On the other hand you can get it for a very decent price which in my eyes justifies a certain worth and the fun I had. Combined I ll give this a 6 to 7 and might recommend it if you are in the right mood. Although please buy it at a sale because its definitely not worth the full price (in my opinion).

Playing this game made me feel like a TLC renovator. I really enjoyed the game, I've been waiting to play ever since I first saw it on PC. ThePlaying this game made me feel like a TLC renovator. I really enjoyed the game, I've been waiting to play ever since I first saw it on PC. The controls can be a bit stiff at times. The game play otherwise is good I'd say. Simple and easy to renovate as you please once you make enough money from the jobs you do for others. If you like simulator games I would recommend this game, and if you like decorating houses I would also recommend this.
