I like the ideas, acting, and creativeness found in Headspun. The dark humor is pretty great and I enjoyed being in someone’s head trying to help them regain their memory. While I enjoyed it, I hate to admit that the game is broken, more so than Theo’s mind. It has some of the worst glitches I have experienced in any game.

I had just hit what I thought was the climax and I got really excited. But then, shortly after, I was met with a brick wall of disappointment. I was ready to score Headspun much higher than what it received, but unfortunately without the ability to progress and continue Theo's story, my hands are tied. Theo's recovery might be a little longer than anticipated.

This game can be confusing to start but i think most people will get to grips with the game relatively quickly. the story starts after Theo the person your controlling wakes up from a coma after a bad car crash and has to come to terms with what's happened. Unfortunately the story of head spun is quite slow and lacking many exciting parts, its like watching a normal boring day in real life but in a video game, Its sadly not that entertaining at all. the progression is not rewarding a all and some times you unlock rooms that have no use. The concept of the game is unique and interesting but that's drowned out by how slow and boring the game is. In conclusion i think head spun has a very good game concept but its drowned out by a very boring and slow the narrative is.

Headspun is still playable for the most part – the bugs just take away from some of the enjoyment. Cortex is fun to explore, and seeing the place come back to life provides a rewarding sense of progress. The FMV cutscenes, too, while rough around the edges, are engaging, and you’ll be keen to see where the narrative takes you. With its unique ideas and presentation, Headspun stands out for trying to be different, and for that it should be celebrated. It’s just disappointing that it wasn’t given that last coat of much-needed polish.

I really enjoy the unique concept on offer here, with interesting and engaging FMV scenes that keep you hooked and actively wanting to find out what happens next. While the mini game sections are on the bland side, they are short enough – with enough variety – to not detract in any sort of major way.
