My partner and I live remotely due to work and it’s such a nice way to connect without having to always talk on the phone and run out of things to say. They’ve thought of enough things to keep you interested - from farming to getting enough money to build a house, cooking recipes, decorating, setting up shops and unlocking animals, trees, flowers, vegetables and more. We’ve now been playing for hours and can visit each other’s farms and help each other out for bonus XP etc when we get back to our own farm. It’s definitely become a competition between us for the nicer and more profitable farm! Levelling up certain vegetables and trees unlocks more options with plenty of things to plant. Each comes with its own cost/time/reward ratio so sometimes you might have your whole area planted and run out of money and have to wait a while. It’s easy to time things so you can plant knowing you’re going to be asleep or at work and come back and reap an awesome harvest. Animals can get annoying as they require a lot of (expensive) food but the fish options are great with no feeding required. The player interaction is limited with only four ‘emotes’ to choose from so it would be nicer to interact more with little speech bubbles, particularly if there are things you want your co-farmer to help out with. My farm is growing and I’m forever reshaping it to improve its look and functionality. This is not a game for anyone wanting a specific outcome - it’s just a super relaxing and cute game. My five year old niece and nephew loved it too, a perfect game for kids or adults looking to unwind.

Fan of stardew valley? Or looking for a 3D farming game with quality look no further than Farm Together. The farming game has couch co-opFan of stardew valley? Or looking for a 3D farming game with quality look no further than Farm Together. The farming game has couch co-op which means pass a controller to a friend and get working on the farm! I very rarely give out 10's to games unless there is that wow factor, that thing that pulls me in and keeps me wanting more. The game starts out slow with your prime way of making money from planting crops and watering them, crops will need to be watered right away and some will require water once or a few times before they are ready to be harvested. The more you level up the more crops you can use, the more animals you can buy, the more fish you can buy, buildings, and some items that provide some spice to your farm. You start out with one lot of land and can buy more.Making money in the game. Your prime ways of making money is off of crops there are two currencies in the game gold. and diamonds, you can get diamonds by selling fruit from trees, fish, or animal products. You buy specific stands to sell specific items. Looking to sell fruit from your tree get yourself a fruit stand and reap the rewards. Everything is on a timer based system for farming, trees, animals, and fish. Also the games run time keeps going even when the game is closed. So if you plan on taking a break plot in some crops with a longer time needed to be ready to harvest water them and check back to make sure they are good on water or if they are done. This amazing feature allows the player to make gold while not even in the game! This game is hands down one of the best hidden gems of the switch, so do yourself a favor get this game you will get lost in it's way of constantly rewarding the player for just simply playing if you want to lose yourself in a farming world or farming games are your flavor but have not been sure if you should get the game do yourself and your friends a favor and get the game. The game does have some slow downtime moments but if you are in the market for a fun relaxing game or a farming game this is the game for you

According to the developer it runs at 720p, 30fps in handheld mode and 900p, 60fps in docked mode. A recent update introduced a performance vs quality graphics option, making the Switch version my favorite way to play the game. The developers actively respond to player feedback and provide frequent patches and updates.

It doesn't offer much new in this genre. The game almost deliberately sets itself up for you to NOT play it. 2 REAL days for watermelons to mature? So.. water your plants and turn the game off. IF you really need a time waster, Bloons TD5 is probably better.
