Counter Strike Source CD Key is a remake of the classic and makes use of Source Game Engine. Initially Counter Strike was released in the form of beta to Valve Cyber Café members program. Like that of the original version, this one is said to have counter terrorist team that has to work against a terrorist team in several rounds. Every round is won by having an objective completed, like rescuing hostages or detonating bomb or to have all enemy team members to be eliminated.

The developer of the game is Turtle Rock Studios and Valve Corporation and distributor is Electronic Arts. The game has been developed for Linux, OS X and MS Windows and has been released on 1st November 2004. It is a multiplayer first person shooter game. The ultimate objective of the player is to have the different rounds in the game to be won, much more than that of the opposing team. The game play does not respawn as the players get killed, until next round, unlike that of the other games. Shooting when moving dramatically decreases accuracy, while triggering continuously to shoot produces numerous recoil. This game has enjoyed positive reviews with Metacritic providing it with 88, which can be termed to be a respectable score.

Extremely well-made game; almost revolutionary for 2004. Highly addictive and still relevant almost four years later, this game tops the list Extremely well-made game; almost revolutionary for 2004. Highly addictive and still relevant almost four years later, this game tops the list of any FPS on the market today. If you're a fan of this genre, you can't miss out on this gaming experience. Would've been a 10 if it had a single-player mode.

The game looks more beautiful than ever, with structures that feel weighty and solid and little visual touches throughout. The flash-bangs look fantastic.
