Summary

Welcome in Bad Dream: Coma. A point&click game where unique minimalistic art style creates an unforgettable and atmospheric experience. Travel through the surreal and disturbing dreamland where everything depends on your actions. You can't die but you can suffer greatly...

TIP OF THE ICEBERG: The game is designed in the "action-reaction" way and there are no obvious choices. Beat the game once and then be curious "What if I would do it differently". Sometimes it's something small but from time to time you'll see huge differences. The smallest things can be most rewarding.

DARK, SAD AND DISTURBING WORLD: Visit the place known from the previous chapters of the Bad Dream Series. Encounter well known creatures in their new form, or find the way to erase them from your memory and turn this dream to the peacefull nap.

Even though Bad Dream: Coma is a classic of the genre among the multitude of point’n click games, it somehow manages to stand out thanks to its macabre atmosphere and, above all, its much appreciated replayability. With different goals depending on your decisions, Bad Dream is rather complete and offers interesting in-game possibilities despite the sometimes tricky puzzles. For €10 on the store, it would be a shame to miss such an enjoyable nightmare.

Bad Dream: Coma on Xbox will leave a mark, mostly thanks to its strange, surreal visuals and dream-like concept. It's a good point-and-click adventure, but might be too obscure and surreal for some - you’ll certainly have to work in order to understand the purpose of the main character and what is happening to them.

While the main narrative is likely to confuse you at first, it does become interesting the further into the dream world as you progress from chapter to chapter. While there may be some symbolism and meaning behind many of its characters and scenes, but you’re most likely to come away with some frustration as you try and figure out some of the most obtuse and odd puzzles in a point and click adventure that I can remember in quite some time. That being said, Bad Dream: Coma is creepy, dark and disturbing, but it was also quite memorable and has decent replay value with its three unique endings.

Bad Dream: Coma is morbid, depressing, and more graphic than the simple art style lets on, but that’s not to say it isn’t worth playing. Those that like point and click gameplay will be right at home here, while the dour atmosphere offers up an intriguing tone to the experience. Navigating the puzzles with a pad can get tedious at times, but for the most part this is an engaging time, and worth a look.

I only learned about this game because of a hefty price reduction in the eShop. So i grabbed it up for 1 buck. I had no expectationsI only learned about this game because of a hefty price reduction in the eShop. So i grabbed it up for 1 buck. I had no expectations whatsoever but after 10 minutes playing it I instantly fell in love with it.It is dark, it is depressing and for mature audience ONLY. Dont let this game being played by your kids. It will give them nightmares. That being said: if you have the chance to get it cheap, go for it! It is worth every dime.Is it worth 10 bucks (the "full" price so to say)? Debateable. I surely wouldnt have picked it up if it were for 10 bucks but hey, if you like the overall reviews for this game (look for the pc version for more reviews) then dont hesitate to pay even 10 bucks for it.Overall a really cool game. Didnt expect that for sure.
