I strongly recommend this game. The combat feel good i like how their a food chains like the smaller freaks get eating by the bigger ones they could make a prequel like who the girl you first see was dying named alzarez and also rikki patil and she didn't want you to come back to the camp? Great port of a great title. Zombie games are all around us, but Bend Studio managed to squeeze every last drop out of this worn out setting. Everything is well-designed and polished in Days Gone – the believable world and characters in it, the distinct post-apocalyptic aura, the crafting, the thrilling combat and spectacular encounters with bloodthirsty hordes. In addition, this version is well-optimized and runs smoothly on a mid-range PC.

The gameplay is better than in last of us, having more complex RPG elements, more weapons and items. Overall the world itself is a sight to behold and on PC it looks beautiful in HDR at 4K and with top cards (playing with 6900xt) it is a fantastic experience. It takes a while to get you hooked, but once you start uncovering the world and its intricacies, and particularly the story, you want to see it all the way to the end asap. I'm a critical guy and do not easily say this, but my highest recommendations! Buy and play this now.

Days Gone arrives on PC with a very good adaptation that tick most of the boxes a good port needs. There are no new features or content but, if you missed it on PS4, you have now a better way to discover this title.

As I said before, Days Gone feels like bad TV. It has no substance, but goddamn is it nice just to relax and follow along with the story and its hypnotizing gameplay loops. There are definitely better games out there, but without a doubt, Days Gone is a perfectly entertaining title to waste a week in.

Days Gone provides a good challenge and an interesting story, which should make PC users really happy about this port from PS4. Technically speaking, it’s a fairly good game with excellent graphics, a good soundtrack and expected stability. Some little quirks here and there, but it will keep you busy slaughtering monsters for a while.

Days Gone lands on PC as the second PlayStation Studios exclusive to make the multiplatform leap. The port has no major issues, hence providing a remarkable adventure with Deacon at the helm. The game has weak shooting systems and some bad weapons, much like Red Dead Redemption II. But while the other games have been highly rated, Days Gone has had its legs cut out by the bugs.

Superb zombie-slaying combat and enjoyable motorcycle gameplay are integrated perfectly with a well-paced story. But the game’s major highlights are the terrifying zombie hordes which are unlike anything seen in a videogame so far.

Days Gone is a blend of multiple open-world and zombie games. Even though the gameplay stays pretty much the same throughout the entire game, the acting, riding your motorcycle and the survival bits make this game worth while.

The zombie apocalypse is well-trodden territory and the open-world spin of Days Gone can only differentiate it so much. There's a strong narrative focus, but Deacon St. John doesn't carry that weight as deftly as he could. There are highlights and fun tools available within, but the game doesn't push those forward initially, leaving the players to deal with some tedium first. Days Gone is a great foundation for something better though, so hopefully Bend gets the chance to improve upon it.

Even with all the promotion we're seeing now, Days Gone still carries the aura of a title that could be miscast and possibly overlooked at a glance, like it was for me a few years ago. You don't know until you play, and this stands as one the more pleasant and satisfying surprises of the year for me. It's been a long road to this game, but the ride is worth it.
