The look of the site has changed dramatically, for the better. Further enhancements, such as more payment options and customer support has propelled the store to be one of the best out there. Upon visiting the domain, we are greeted with a professional and polished looking website. The latest games are on the front, meaning you can get to the most popular and recently released stuff quickly. The sites loads a little slow, as per our Pingdom test. At over 7mb and approximately 16 seconds to loads from a location in the US, it’s bordering on unacceptable. I would hate to think what the speeds are for people in more remote locations.
The sites business information lists its office as Room 1801, 18F, Tower 5, 33 Canton Road, Hong Kong. Whether or not this is a virtual office or not is something I could not confirm, however I have asked the owner for some clarification. At any rate, websites that are officially registered as a business or a company are a major positive. In my opinion, it provides some clarity and comfort around the sites operations. We are also giving details such as the Company Incorporation Number (2123730) and the Company Registration Number ( 63613525).
Products & Pricing
Its product catalogue is nowhere near the size of Kinguin or G2A, but Unlimited Game Store is not chasing that market. The cd key store concentrates on high stock levels of the faster moving products, such as Fallout 4 CD Keys and Grand Theft Auto 5 CD Keys. Using this model it can move high amounts of these products at razor thin margins, ultimately resulting in lower prices for you, the consumer. Evidence of this is the store constantly occupying the top or cheapest positions of the latest games on CDKeyPrices. Overall, there is still a very healthy amount of games on store, however I struggled to load the All Games link due to the sheer size of the images. I am also told they are looking to expand to older, but still popular games.
Reputation
The next important part of the UnlimitedGameStore review was surveying what was also out there on the net. There is a TrustPilot listing for the website, which paints a distorted picture. TrustPilot gives a grade of 7.7, which is definitely above average. I am mindful of the significant changes that the business and website have undergone over the past few months and wonder if this grade is going to improve. A look over the past few weeks of reviews is extremely positive so I suspect it will continue to slowly revise upwards.
Most of the feedback reviews relate to the late delivery of keys, for reasons I made comment on in the Gamers Outlet Review. I suspect these complaints would mostly relate to items that are out of stock. As someone who has been in the industry a while, older games can occasions can be difficult to source. It is still up to the store to source them in a timely fashion of course.

On the bright side, UnlimitedGameStore.com has an active Twitter and Facebook account, covering news about upcoming games, funny threads and videos. There also seems to be a bit of interaction with customers on those platforms which is welcomed. Reddit had a lot of threads in the same vein as TrustPilot so I made the decision to test its support service myself. I sent an email inquiring about the stock levels for Fallout 4 and how long delivery would take. I received an email some 15 minutes later confirming it was good to go and encouraging me to purchase.
